Kelly Services are currently recruiting for several Customer Service Advisors to work initially remotely then from offices based in Luton LU4
If you have an interest in providing great Customer Service, taking calls from customers with faulty white good and arranging service visits from engineers and dealing with a vast array of queries then this role could be for you. General duties will be:
- First line support for white goods.
- Make and model queries, complaints, and faulty products
- booking appointments for engineers
Full training given.
Salary: Up to £8.72 ph age specific This is a Temp to perm role
Site: Remote working initislly then working from LU4
Hours: Full time, 37.5
Shifts: 8 am to 6pm Monday to Friday Sat-Sun 9-13:00
Probity: DBS check, cost covered
Training Duration: 10 days Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
