Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Duration: Temporary, 1-2 Months
Hourly Rate: £9.50 per hour
Kelly Services are currently working in partnership with a business that are a market leader in their field, supplying important equipment and services to a range of sectors. They pride themselves on putting people first and being an award winning, successful business.
You will be supporting the Customer Service Manager in providing excellent levels of customer service and deal with a broad range of queries relating to orders and services. You will be responsible for the development of staff, ensuring they receive the appropriate levels of coaching and monitoring their performance against business objectives. You will manage staffing levels to ensure all objectives are achieved.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, being able to communicate on many levels. You will have good listening skills, when dealing with queries and situations. You will be IT literate, having experience of working with Microsoft Office.
In return, our client offer a salary of £18,000-£18,000 depending on experience. They also offer a range of other benefits.
