I am currently recruiting a Customer Claims Administrator to join our amazing team in Peterborough.
This is a fixed term contract until December 2022. Working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. With the flexibility to work between 7.00am - 5.00pm. This role can be a hybrid of working from the office and home.
Salary starting at £23,000
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Prepare and distribute customer reports
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems would be advantages
Support Customer Order Management departmental goals and initiatives to become a more proactive customer support organisation
Act as liaison between the customer and aftermarket and/or manufacturing location for quality issues.
Submit claims via the Quality Management System, including investigation of outstanding invoices.
Arranging customer returns and processing of Credit of Goods
Processing monetary credits following the outcome of customer held invoices
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
We will requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience in customer order management, account management or in the supply chain field.
