I am currently recruiting a Customer Claims Administrator to join our amazing team in Peterborough.


This is a fixed term contract until December 2022. Working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. With the flexibility to work between 7.00am - 5.00pm. This role can be a hybrid of working from the office and home.

Salary starting at £23,000


In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Prepare and distribute customer reports

  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems would be advantages

  • Support Customer Order Management departmental goals and initiatives to become a more proactive customer support organisation

  • Act as liaison between the customer and aftermarket and/or manufacturing location for quality issues.

  • Submit claims via the Quality Management System, including investigation of outstanding invoices.

  • Arranging customer returns and processing of Credit of Goods

  • Processing monetary credits following the outcome of customer held invoices


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

We will requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience in customer order management, account management or in the supply chain field.
