Business Support Administrator / Nottingham / £18000

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Office Manager & existing team with day to day administration tasks as required. Including but not limited to:
Helping with Powerpoint/Word presentations
Outgoing post
Archiving project folders
Checking software list for an coordinating updates in line with Cyber Essentials accreditation
Reception duties
Meeting and greeting visitors
Refreshments for meetings
Manage meeting room bookings
Organising Printer repairs
Ordering stationery & printer supplies
Monitoring and ordering of stationery & printer supplies
Fire alarm testing and drills
Setting up new laptops and mobile phones for new starters
IT contact between office and external IT support
Assist with rebranding of existing documents
Occasional travel to other offices may be required

Ideal Person

Previous Experience in an administrative position
Intermediate working knowledge of Word/Powerpoint/Excel/Outlook
Minimum English GSCE Grade 5
Confident communicator in person, over the phone and via email
A confident and capable person with a desire to learn
Enthusiastic, dedicated, hard-working
Professional, with a strong work ethic
