Kelly Services are recruiting for a Business Process Analyst to identify and make recommendations on a process improvement solution for our Payroll and Finance systems.
Focused on mapping current processes, you will assess bottlenecks and pinch points that lead to errors and omissions, taking responsibility for reviewing and documenting flows, both in & out of the Payroll and Finance systems. Working with the Payroll Manager to collate process details, you will provide an objective specification proposal, assisting with the review and selection of a new payroll system and contribute to the implementation of changes once approved.

It is highly preferable the ideal candidate has proven experience of process mapping and process re-engineering (5years +), with prior experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry, to demonstrate an appreciation for high-volume, variable weekly payroll processes and to be knowledgeable in employment regulations, compliance and governance procedures in the industry.
It is crucial that you can showcase examples of delivery in business change management, providing business and system solutions, having previously participated in vendor selection. You will be a first-rate communicator, keen to question and challenge the existing ways of doing things, with an analytical approach and great attention to detail.
