Our client is all about the Human Experience. Elevated. As a Brand Ambassador - Live Tour Product Host with them in West London, United Kingdom, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences for our client and their customers. In this role, you'll be working with customers interested in Audi, which is part of the Volkswagen Group (VWG) product range while you also #Experience, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
What You'll be Doing
Looking for an opportunity to share your passion for helping people find the right product - in this case, their next car (an Audi of course!)? Bring your natural ability to connect with people, share your enthusiasm for the product with them and facilitate their next interaction with the company. In this role, you'll host live personal virtual tours as a product marketer in a truly innovative Virtual Showroom to help get the customer excited about the car, answer questions and then book a test drive at their local retailer of choice. You'll combine your interest in virtually marketing cool products with the opportunity to work one to one with a customer as ato help them find the car that impacts their day-to-day lives.
In this role, you're report to the Manager and work with a team of virtual showroom hosts. Together, you'll impact the customer experience by delivering a quality sales through service experience.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Answer questions and show customers around specific vehicles by controlling camera feeds to highlight features and how the car will fit with their lifestyle and use handheld camera devices to show car detail, demonstrating features as requested by the customer

  • Plan and present live stream content or pre-recorded videos on specific car features as well as on the range of products for customers and retailers

  • Book test drives for the customer at their retailer of choice, including follow up to ensure the booking has been completed

  • Demonstrate products and anticipate customer needs through a "needs analysis" technique and provide accurate sales lead logging and follow up

  • Provide excellent product knowledge and accurate information to customers

  • Appropriately deal with any complaints or service request ensuring they are handed off to the right service team

  • Assist with customers visiting retailers who do not have the vehicle in their showroom


What You Bring to the Role

  • Engaging, personable and able to build rapport

  • New Media Savvy

  • Ability to deliver a full Needs Analysis of customer and tailor the Product features to the customer needs

  • Dynamic and responsive

  • Attention to detail, including depth of knowledge

  • Good negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel
