Kelly Services are currently working in partnership with a global company whose products are used across the world on a daily basis. They are seeking a fluent Arabic Speaker for a Communications Specialist role.
Your new role
You will be troubleshooting customer problems, responding to product enquiries and documenting recurring technical issues. Due to the nature of this role you will be fluent in Arabic & English.
You will have the following skills as required
Customer care skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to respond to varying customer enquiries and issues
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global company using your language skills based in the centre of London on a fixed term contract of 12 months, working 40 hours per week.
