General administration duties
Take calls & sales orders from clients via email & telephone
Book work in/check shock/chase suppliers
Contact customers to resolve any queries or obtain any information that is missing
Confirm stock availability or delivery dates
Working on the assembly line to assist the team in production
A 'self starter' attitude with the ability to pick up systems quickly
Articulate personality with a good eye for detail
Highly flexible and well organised
Strong team player, great communicator
