About the job role
This role is to provide administrative support to the maintenance department. Duties will include:
Organising and scheduling meetings
Providing administration support to the Department Manager
Preparing monthly and quarterly reports
Records management and document control
You will have experience of working within a similar Administration/PA support role and possess the following skills/experience:
SAP knowledge (advantageous)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills
This role is full time, temporary until the end of September 2022. The role will involve a security check once offered (more details can be provided)
