Our Client a Global Oil and Gas Organisation are currently recruiting for an Experienced Administrative Assistant to work at one of Europe's largest Refinery's in Fawley, Hampshire (outskirts of Southampton) on a Contract basis. This is a full-time contract working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hrs per week.
As the Administrative Assistant for this team you will be responsible for all offsite F2F/network meetings in EMEA region (approx. 40/50 per year) sourcing location, arranging contracts, liaising with hotel on accommodation and all meeting requirements. Act as the go-between with Facilitator and hotel. This role could then lead to additional work of a more technical nature.
We are looking for someone who is very organised, methodical person and works on own initiative. Experience with booking and organising events would be beneficial. Along with Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems, strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience.
