In this episode, Stephen Gannon chats with Anil Kumar, founder and MD of Pharma Targeting, to discuss corporate social responsibility initiatives, his three-step business model, and the road to success. Pharma Targeting creates bespoke solutions for pharmaceutical service providers, getting them to the right person, with the right money at the right time and first to market.
Although driven by data, Anil is a passionate contributor to the greater good. From mentoring UCL masters graduates to developing clean water supplies in Indian villages, Anil constantly aims to enhance the corporate social responsibility initiatives set out by the organisation. He is particularly excited about the planning of an orphanage and school in India, which aims to protect homeless children from poverty while simultaneously offering them a first-class education.
Pharma Targeting is entirely unique in what they do. Their vision is to empower pharmaceutical service providers to become commercially successful through their revolutionary 3 Step Model which involves market mapping, establishing bespoke contacts and digital marketing.
Now employing over 200 people at Pharma Targeting, Anil revealed his top tips for success:
1. Be regimental in the ways you challenge yourself.
2. Do something you really enjoy.
3. Prioritise personal development.
4. Eat, breathe and sleep what you do.
5. Know your ‘why?’.
The purpose of Pharma Targeting is clear. Anil wants to help clients achieve commercial success. He concludes the interview with inspiring words of wisdom, ‘Growth never stifles’. An indication of the direction in which Pharma Targeting will progress in the future.
