Development Coordinators

Learning and Development Coordinators play a leading role in organising and following up on learning activities for incoming scientists. They contribute to the ongoing shaping of the development of future scientists, researching best practice in areas like mentoring and apprenticeships, proposing potential new L&D activities and initiatives and helping to create an effective learning environment for the future of Science.

The candidates working in these roles would be working for LifeArc, a British medical and life science charity helping scientists and organisations turn their research into treatments and diagnostics for patients. Workers in this field would have a vision to shape the future of the medical sciences industry. The have offices throughout the country, with the majority of their work in and around London.

L&D Coordinators are proactive, inquisitive problem-solvers with strong communication skills and have a genuine interest in Learning & Development. Organised and with an eye for detail, they are also flexible team members with the ability to multi-task.  Above all as they are self-starters, L&D coordinators are willing to learn and develop their own skills.

If this sounds like a job for you, contact Kelly, with our specialists in Birmingham able to assist you in finding you new job in L&D.
