United Kingdom @ Work 2005 Survey - Conditions of Entry

Completion of the Kelly Workforce Survey is open to the general public with the exception of Kelly employees and family members who are not eligible.  All completed surveys received by 31st October 2005 will be eligible for one entry to the prize draw to win travel vouchers to the value of £750. The winner will be notified by email. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or other goods. The prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of survey forms is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
