Kelly Training Team Short Listed For Top Award

The Learning & Development team at Kelly Services was short listed for the prestigious Internal Training Department of the Year Award. Kelly is the only recruitment company ever to have reached the finals in this award organised by Institute of IT Training, which looks to reward quality and innovation.
Commenting, Maria Gove who heads up training for Kelly said, “We’ve had a superb year on the training front, re-attaining our Gold Accreditation with the Institute and being short listed for this award. These achievements are a great endorsement of the time and effort we have put into many new developments within Learning & Development.”
A recent Kelly internet survey showed that professional training was the number one benefit chosen by office workers (77%) – further proof of the importance role it plays in recruiting and retaining staff.
“We are always looking at ways to improve our learning and development programmes and have recently introduced brand new induction training for new staff. We are also in the throes of launching a new management development programme to ensure that we can work with our best staff to help them develop their career potential,” Maria added.
