Scientific & Engineering Recruitment Branch Manager circa £40k basic, +bonus+blue chip benefits.
As a Branch Manager you will have full responsibility for a dedicated cost centre/business unit. You will recruit, lead and motivate a team of professional consultants in order to build and maximise business development opportunities within the Scientific arena across a defined geographical territory, ensuring that the service that is offered to customers and candidates is delivered in line with company standards whilst exceeding their expectations.

Knowledge:
• Thorough understanding of the Scientific and Engineering community and business
• Detailed Knowledge of the Recruitment industry
• Understanding of Employment Legislation
• Detailed knowledge of different recruitment solutions.
Experience:
• Experience of man management or supervisory experience
• BSc/BEng in Scientific or Engineering discipline/ or experience in Scientific/Engineering recruitment industry
• Working with or controlling a budget/ or expenditure for a specific business area.
• Working Experience within the Scientific or Engineering field
• Proven track record in consistently achieving activity targets

As a Branch Manager you will spearhead business development across a defined territory based from one of our prestigious branch locations. Having full financial responsibility for your business unit you will provide direction and support to your team of consultants, to create an environment that ensures success for both them and the business.
Your strong sales background will reflect in your resilience and determination when developing your branch and your customer focused attitude will show through your patience and tenacity.
It is likely that you will have strong direct line management experience together with a clear understanding of the P&L of business. Of course a proven track record within a sales or service environment is a prerequisite to be considered for this role.
Candidates will ideally come from a recruitment background.

Kelly Educational Staffing (KES) are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team.
The role will involve winning new business; proactively cold calling, visiting and selling our service to Primary & Secondary Education establishments.
This is very much a sales role, focusing primarily on business development in the initial first few months. However as the client base develops, your duties will expand, to encompass all aspects of an education recruitment consultant role.
The ideal candidate will have previous Education Recruitment experience, be hardworking, eager to win business and determined to make a difference.
