Preparation and Support

Our teachers are often ‘paid to scale’, which acknowledges our candidates’ first-class status and encourages exceptional performance in the classroom.
Our orientation includes information on areas such as Being Prepared and Professional, Classroom Management, Legal and Health Issues, Teaching Activities and more.
As further support for our teachers, Kelly Educational Staffing has developed a number of additional services, including current curriculum and teaching materials. We supply every teacher with a comprehensive handbook in preparation for the first assignment.
Our teachers also have access to free classroom based Continuing Professional Development training with independent trainers. Even experienced teachers appreciate the support and advice we offer.
